It was a pleasure working with Kyle and the Vie Le at Loan Factory! Although I was talking to at least several companies I somehow knew after I had my first conversation with Kyle I would do the deal with him/LF. He (and Vie) were very professional, thorough and calm from start to finish. Where at least one other company was pressuring me to do the deal through them but didn't need pressure I needed cool, thorough, down-to-earth heads to package and take it to the finish line (at good rates too) and this team did. I certainly look forward to doing more deals with them.
